If you have discovered a security issue in Ledger, please let us know. We read every report and will work with you to understand and resolve the issue responsibly.

Disclosure policy

Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before publishing details. Do not access or modify data that is not yours.

What to include

A clear description of the issue and the impact you believe it has.
Steps to reproduce, including URLs, request payloads or screenshots where appropriate.
Your browser / OS version if the issue is client-side.
Whether you would like public acknowledgment on our thanks page.

What we promise

Acknowledgment. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours.

Confidentiality. We will not share your identity without permission.

Transparency. We will keep you updated on our progress and let you know when the issue is fixed.

Scope

Reports about ledgerapp.co.in, www.ledgerapp.co.in and the Ledger application are in scope. Social engineering, physical attacks and attempts to degrade service for other users are not.
